Representatives of Azerbaijan Green Energy Company (AGEC) participated in the Global Offshore Wind 2026 international conference, held in Manchester, United Kingdom, on 16–17 June 2026.

As part of the conference programme, the delegation attended the exhibition and panel discussions held at the Manchester Central Convention Complex, where they engaged with leading international companies operating in the offshore wind sector and explored opportunities for collaboration and knowledge exchange.

During the visit, a dedicated event was organized for the Azerbaijani delegation. Representatives of companies from the United Kingdom's offshore wind supply chain delivered presentations showcasing their expertise, innovative solutions, and capabilities within the offshore wind industry.

As part of the technical programme, the delegation also visited RWE's offshore wind farms in Wales. During the programme at the Port of Mostyn, participants gained first-hand insight into offshore wind farm management systems, offshore substations, and operational processes.

For AGEC, participation in international platforms such as Global Offshore Wind 2026 is instrumental in gaining exposure to global best practices in offshore wind energy, strengthening international partnerships, and supporting Azerbaijan's transition towards a sustainable and green energy future.
